I think this would make a better splash art for Riven than what's currently on live. Riot would probably say she looks too bloodthirsty, though.

Gonna have to say "No, you're wrong" on this one.

At most, yeah, skirt's still a little short. But they aren't having it ride up more just for the fan-service.

In fact, if we were to go more into art composition, the second one's almost designed to draw your eye towards her body more than her equipment or face. Riot has basically placed her equipment in the way to revert attention back to her being a fighter rather than boobs with short skirt.

Granted, but Riven's live splash art doesn't make her look all that feminine. If not for her face, her current splash art could make her easily mistaken for a boy.

... I'm failing to see how this is necessarily bad. Are you saying that women can't be masculine at all? Because that'd at least be a change of pace considering League's female body types consist of "hourglass" and "ribs showing" if not "child" and "big-headed oompa loompa".
