Champion concept, 'Nomad', sort of like Crysis 1-3
Nomad is a future soldier, and in many ways, biologically dependent on a suit designed using advanced nanotechnology. This combat suit literally heals Nomad, like in the game, by, for example, cauterizing a punctured lung by synthesizing an organic "nanoweave" on and around the wound. It also has other abilities Nomad can use. He is supposed to be a more polarized kind of Vayne, who can take on champs like Akali, Kha'zix and Zed without being "op" as an adc.
So as a bottom laner, he must not be tanky, but be able to duel to a certain degree (or an escape). Nomad should have a pretty average starting damage (~49-51) and peaking around 100-104. His hp should lie around 515-520 and peaking at around 1980. His energy should start at 200, but peak at 540, at L18. Energy regen should start at 20/sec, and peak at 40/sec at L18.
Passive -> at maximum energy, Nomad's basic attacks have +10% crit chance. Q -> Maximum Armor [activate] - 40/42/44/46/47 energy/sec : Nomad's suit deflects 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% of oncoming damage while active. Damage taken to the shield reduces suit energy by 1 for every 10 damage deflected (ignores armor lul). (CD 2 seconds)
W -> Air Stomp - 35/40/45/50/50 energy : Nomad jumps to target location (range 425), draining his suit energy and stunning enemies in an area around him for 1.5 seconds (range 105).
E -> Cloak [activate] - 30/33/36/39/41 energy/sec while not moving, 45/47/48/50/51 energy/sec while moving : Nomad's suit refracts light to visibly conceal him to the environment (You can see a slight blurring/warping of the screen where he is as an opponent. Nomad can only be detected by a pink ward or an Oracle. Activating any ability or attacking takes Nomad out of cloak.
R -> Snipe! - activating this ability allows Nomad to target-fire up to four .75 cal rounds over 2 seconds (CD between shots 0.5 seconds). Each round deals 150/160/170/180/200 + 12%/14%/16%/18%/20% of attack damage. Each round costs 20% of Nomad's total energy.
He might be a difficult champ, and I've no idea if he will be balanced at all in gameplay. But I just thought the use of energy regen and scaling to make this champ be more tactical about energy usage seems like an ok idea. Thoughts?
