I was driving home from college and came up with this today. Let me know your thoughts and please make it constructive. Meaning if you say something you think that needs to change give me an example of what you would do.(too many people just say something needs to change and they don't actually give examples...)
With that said here he is....
Abilities:
New Resource: Pressure -> Starts at 200 and lowers when abilities are used. The more Pressure he has the farther his abilities will go.
Passive: Blazing Trail:
Abilities and Auto Attacks leave the area burning for 2 seconds dealing 10~180(+0.4AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area.

Q: Torch Spit:
Cost: 10% Max Pressure/Second Cooldown: 12 Seconds Damage: 60/90/120/150/180(+0.9AP) Range: 600~0
Takes a Swig of the Spirit he carries on him and spits the fire right off the torch for 4 seconds dealing magic damage to all enemies hit. Can activate the ability again to cancel the ability.

W: Molotov:
Cost: No Cost Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds Damage: 50/100/150/200/250(+0.7AP) Range: 700
Throws a Molotov Cocktail to target area dealing Magic damage to all enemies hit.

E: Fire Mine:
Cost: 50% Max Pressure Cooldown: N/A Damage: 40/100/160/220/280(0.6AP) Place Range: 450~0 Explosion Range: 350
Every 12 seconds He readies a mine to be shot out. This mine arms when it lands. When walked over the mine will explode and dealing magic damage and inflict grievous wounds to all enemies hit.

R: FLAMETHROWER!:
Cost: 15% Max Pressure/Second Cooldown: 150/120/90 Seconds Damage: 60/120/180 per Second Range: 900~0
Pulls the flame thrower off his back and begins to Burn everything in his path for 4 seconds. He can use Molotov during this duration. If FLAMETHROWER kills an enemy champion he will gain bonus movement speed.
