Velios, The Ancient Protector

Primary: Assassin Secondary: Fighter

This concept is the second oldest one I have. Its story is directly tied to the Void, as he is born of the magic of Runeterra to defend against the invasion of the void. His name (ANCIENT) hints at the fact that the Void may have attempted an invasion far earlier, his lines would also indicate that he may be older than even Anivia, Lissandra, and most assuredly Avarosa, possibly making this the first creature to ever combat the void in Runeterra and possibly a VERY old rival of Cho'Gath, or another (squishy) ancient void character. Anyhow this is the champion..... Abilities:

The primal energies Runterra fuel Velios making him considerably faster and able to react quicker. Velios will gain bonus movement speed when he is hit with an by any champion.

Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Mana Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 Seconds Damage: 20/40/60/80/100(+1.0AD) Range: 150~175

Velios uses his tail in a sweeping motion and deal physical damage to all enemies infront of him. If there is only one target he will skewer that enemy dealing bonus damage to them.

Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Damage: 50/70/90/110/130(+0.7AD) Range: 200

Velios will flail himself dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. Enemies hit will bleed and take bonus damage when hit by Velios again.

Velios will dash to a target area. If dash collides with an enemy unit he will deal physical damage.

Cost: 100 Cooldown: 160/130/100

Passive:

Sight Range Bonus: 350

When Slaughter is not active, Velios gains bonus sight range, as his mind is not clouded and his bloodlust for void creatures is satiated.


Active:

Jump Range: 600 Damage: 150/250/350(+1.3AD)

Velios enters a blood-boiling rage, gaining bonus movement speed, attack speed, and damage. His attack now apply a short bleed effect (only one champion may be affected at a time) and he can jump to a single target champion. If a champion bleeding by this ult's effect dies before the duration wears off, the ultimate's duration is set back to the halfway point if below 50%, or refreshed if above 50% duration.

I'd be interested to hear you talk about his gameplay a little. What's his laning phase look like? What are his combos? How does he teamfight? Are there any champs he synnergizes well with? What makes his kit fun to play, fun to play against, and unique? I'm just having trouble picturing this guy right now.

This means he can now jump to a target enemy, dealing damage. If the enemy he jumped to dies before the duration wears, he may jump to another enemy to refresh the duration.

This is the grammatically correct version of your concept:

Remove the minion execution from his passive, it makes last hitting WAY too easy for him, and doesnt thematically (that means having to do with his theme)make sense. His Q makes sense, well done. Thrash also makes sense, again well done. Dodge has a small problem, why not instead make it to where he may dash a certain number of times (maybe twice?) and during his dashes, he is untargetable and cannot be hit by abilities or AAs, allowing skilled player to actually dodge, as the name suggests. His ultimate makes very little sense, both thematically and mechanically: Thematically: He's been all about mobility and single target physical damage, now all of a sudden he's and AoE magic damage guy? Spikes from his JOINTS? Weird... Mechanically: An AoE magic damage attack that is somehow linked to a jump doesnt make much sense. I added that movement speed in there because you implied some sort of duration in the original post, although a duration effect was never given.

I really don't like his E, it reminds me of Renekton even with a 4 second gap
