Props to Aegis Angel for this thread that inspired team'o Teemos

Teemo would be made up of a seething mass of miniature Teemos. His Blind would fire a Teemo, and his mushrooms would be little stationary Teemos. Poisoned enemies would be plagued with a bunch of miniature Teemos. Everything would be Teemos.

I know there's already a buttload of Teemo skins, but hey. It would be hilarious.
