[Champion Concept] Romp + Stomp, The Trouble-Makers
Forgive me, this is my first champion concept so it's not super-detailed with numbers and times and cooldowns, I just thought the idea was neat. I don't have any real lore for them yet.
Romp and Stomp are two young yordle brothers that love to cause mischief on the fields of justice. Romp is a little smaller, but deals more damage, and Stomp is a little bigger, but deals less damage. They are two separate characters, but you play them as one champion (think shaco's ult or annie and tibbers). Enemies must kill both Romp AND Stomp to get a kill (don't worry, their combined health/damage is equal to a single normal champion's). If one brother dies, he respawns on a normal timer (I hadn't thought of how the timer would work if both die at different times), and you have no control over him until he returns to the living brother (like a dc'd champ auto-runs to base, but in reverse).
Now into their abilities: Romp and Stomp have a set of abilities when they're together, and each has a different set when they're alone (so this will be a big ability list).
Passive: Got Yer Back
When together, Romp + Stomp deal a combined 10% bonus damage with their basic attacks (5% each)
TOGETHER
Q: Get 'Em Romp + Stomp collect stones passively, up to 5 each. When activated, Romp + Stomp each load a large stone into their sling-shot and skill-shot it at an enemy, possibly dealing critical damage (picture lulu + pix).
W: Trip Line Romp + Stomp pull a rope tight between them, tripping and slowing any champion that crosses it.
E: Over Here! Whoever has the higher health between them taunts the targeted enemy, while the other keeps basic attacking.
R: Super Sling-Shot Romp + Stomp set up their giant sling-shot and load themselves into it, channeling to pull back and launch themselves a great distance based on how long they channeled (passes over walls etc.). The first enemy champion hit is knocked back and takes massive damage.
APART
Romp
Q: Get 'Em Same as when they're together, Romp loads a rock and skillshots it, dealing 60% of full damage.
W: Jump Up Romp leaps into the air, giving him vision over a large area for a bit.
E: Sniped Romp uses a stored rock for a long-range skillshot (full damage).
R: Hurry! When Stomp is in range, Romp calls to him and grants him a massive speed boost until they are reunited.
Stomp
Q: Get 'Em Same as when they're together, Stomp loads a rock and skillshots it, dealing 40% of full damage
W: Leap-Frog Stomp jumps over a target (enemy or ally), dealing critical damage on the next attack.
E: Snack Time Stomp eats some berries, healing himself (and possibly a small aoe heal for champions around him?)
R: Hurry! Same as Romp's individual R, when Romp is in range, Stomp can call to him, granting Romp a massive speed boost until they are reunited.
A few extra notes:
Pots heal both brothers equally, and are split evenly between them.
Items like sunfire cape and runaan's hurricane do NOT duplicate their effects, but are split between the brothers equally.
I'm not sure if slows, stuns, snares etc. should affect them equally or if they just affect the brother that's hit.
Their basic attacks are thrown rocks (maybe from a slingshot?)
Romp + Stomp are intended to be an ADC champion.
I don't know how old Teemo is, but perhaps Romp + Stomp could be his little brothers? (They certainly would cause almost as much grief as Teemo does.)
Their dance is a secret high-five/handshake combo
I might work on drawing some concept art and writing some lore for these two, but I'm not super-skilled at drawing something I can't actually see so it'll probably take a while.
