I'm currently taking a statistical machine learning class for fun (life as a graduate student), and I was wondering if anyone on the data science team at Riot would want to spare some time to chat with me about potentially sharing some set of data that could be analyzed.

My final project is to pick a method of machine learning and implement it, with a 10-15 page journal style paper to submit at the end (hopefully a good enough paper to actually go to a journal). It clearly makes more sense to pick the system before picking the tool to analyze it, and I am an avid League of Legends fan. I would love to use my time studying something I am passionate about, although I have plenty of backup options that would be less interesting (who cares about financial markets anyway). I would of course make my results available to Riot, and have no financial or professional conflicts that should be a deterrent.
