Hey guys, I'm back, with my newest concept complete! I'm still working on the backstories on the older ones and I'll have them out in time, but until than here's my newest concept, I hope you enjoy, any and all feedback is wanted and appreciated :D

Base magic resist: 30 (+1.25/Lvl) 52.5 @lvl 18

Passive: highland spirit: Reilly gains 10/20/30% attack speed(at levels 1/8/15). large monster kills and champion kills/assists give Reilly a stack of highland spirit. (Max 10) Reilly gains 1% movement speed and 1 energy regen per stack, half of his stacks are lost on death.

Q: flurry of fists cost: 5energy/hit CD: 10 seconds Range: 175 Reilly throws a flurry of punches in front of him, channeling for up to 2 seconds and hitting up to 20 times, dealing 2/4/6/8/10 (+10%AD) per hit, dealing up to a total of 40/80/120/160/200 (+200%AD) physical damage to the first unit in range. Moving or reactivating flurry of fists cancels the spell early.

W: paralyzing strike: Cost: 30 energy CD: 12 seconds Reilly focuses on his enemy's weak points, enhancing his next basic attack to deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+AD) physical damage and stun the target for 2.2 seconds.

E: bloody knuckles: Cost: 5/10/15/20/25 health /hit Toggle: Reilly gains 3/4/5/6/7% attack speed per basic attack (max 30/40/50/60/70%). If Reilly kills a unit with his basic attacks he gains 20/40/60/80/100 health.

**R: highlander's staff: ** Cost: 50 energy CD: 100 seconds Range: 900 Reilly pulls out and empowers his staff than leaps onto an enemy champion, stunning them for 1.5 seconds and dealing 300/425/550 (+AD) physical damage. The impact releases a shockwave around the target, dealing 300/425/550 (+75%AP) magic damage to and slowing any enemy unit hit by 50% for 1 second. Reilly keeps his staff out for the next 20 seconds, increasing his attack damage by 20% and gaining 125 attack range, as well as 125 range for his flurry of fists.

Background: high in the mountains of Ionia there are said to be a people of great skill. These people are said to have the ability to just look at you and know your weaknesses and use no blades or bows in favor of their immense strength. These people are called the highlanders. Reilly, skilled with his fists and equally skilled with a quarter staff, is a legend among his people, able to channel the flow of energy through him and some say into his staff, able to let it out in considerably strong bursts of energy. For Reilly speed was everything during training, he was the fastest clearer of the obstacle course, he broke dummies quicker than they could pull more out. As his fame grew throughout his people so did his thirst for equal fights, Reilly searched for 9 days for any highlander that could match or beat him, but to no avail. Reilly heard about the League while listening to a traveling merchant speaking with his customers, stating it was a wonderful site, holding the strongest fighters in all of valorian and more. Reilly packed his small pack, grabbed his quarter staff and moved, knowing he would finally find an even match on the fields. *"I'd rather kill my own son than let him try to face that god of a man."

Insight: Reilly is a damage dishing jungler that relies on speed to pick up kills and get himself out of trouble. His passive helps him get through the jungle and into and out of lanes faster, as well as giving himself a slight attack speed buff to help with clear times. His Q, flurry of fists, is his main damage ability, but is a constant channel, dealing damage every .1 seconds for up to 2 seconds. hitting a full Flurry of fists is essential to deal his full damage, as it can easily outdamage Reilly's ult, given he has enough AD. Reilly's W, paralyzing strike, is a great tool for ganking and making sure that a full flurry of fists is channeled, allowing him to get high damage in. Reilly's E, Bloody Knuckles, is a toggle effect to help with jungle clear and dual potential, giving up health for attack speed, but gaining health back per unit kill. Reilly's ultimate, Highlander's Staff, is where he get's his gap closer, jumping onto an enemy and dealing damage, than giving himself bonus attack damage AND range. His ultimate is an amazing dual starter as well as a good engage tool, allowing Reilly to stun a squishier enemy and deal some damage to the rest of the enemy team. The additional range and damage allows Reilly to keep up a good chase along with his passive, quickly hunting down and killing enemy champions.
