Just some random champ ideas

These are just some champion idea's I've thought of/will think of:

Something like Draven's Q, except normally he/she's melee and the ability grants range and maybe some other effects (this is what I thought Draven was at first)
Someone who can temporarily disable a skill/item (maybe a support who disables items that both him/her and the enemy champ they target own)
Someone who steals abilities or passives
Someone with a TON of strength that has friendly fire

I'd really like to see a champ who can disable a specific ability (different from a silence). The person playing him/her would have to have intimate knowledge of the enemy team's kits, but here's how I picture it:

Hit q (or whatever) and click on the target champ to activate the spell, and then all your options (whether they're items or spells) show up as icons to choose from. You click the one you want to disable, and it adds say, 10-20 seconds to that ability/item's cooldown).
