@Meddler/Scruffy/Xypherous/etc. - I need some advice on a good ultimate for a dancer Champion

This Champion design is for a close-range, mobile support who weaves through fights and controls allied and enemy movement. The current ultimate I have feels... lacking. It's not very fancy, though it fits the kit. The lack of finesse to it is what I have a problem with.

Here's an excerpt from the Reddit page I'm using:

R - Lover's Lavolta
Passive: Increases Freesia's maximum Dash Charges to 3/4/5.

Active: Freesia performs her ultimate dance (0.5 second wind-up), dealing 100/200/300 (+0.4 AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies (350 range) and charming them for 1.25 seconds. For every enemy Champion Freesia hits with her ultimate, she gains a Dash Charge.

The cooldown of Lover's Lavolta is reduced by 1 second each time Freesia hits an enemy Champion with one of her basic abilities.

100/90/80 second cooldown. Costs 100 mana.

The full concept is here, in case you need more context: http://www.reddit.com/r/LoLChampConcepts/comments/28ublr/freesia_the_spirit_dancer/

Any ideas on how I could make the ultimate a bit more engaging and not just a "press R, win fight" affair?

You can turn your Ultimate in a damage over time (DoT) ability, which then deals (damage should be increased for that) continuous damage.
Tricky thing would be, while casting Ultimate, you can cast Q too - it can end up in "Press R to deal damage over time ... wait... wait... Q to finish off" instead of "Press R and FINISH OFF NOW!".

Otherwise... How about "Active: Freesia prepares to dance for 4 seconds. The damage is increased the longer she waits" - That way you have to press two times R (with a short window), you have to estimate the power of your ultimate and it offers counter play (Though it can be annoying if she prepares her Ultimate and then dashes just to the target to press once again R... but if you outplay her, she'll cast her Ultimate nonetheless and you can wait at the distance to then grab her and finish her)

BTW: Your E ability is somewhat contraproductive. It's a Urgot Ultimate but yet could be very.. how should I put it.. dumb/toxic. Imagine if your team stuns a enemy target and are about to finish it off - you use E on distance to "get last hit" and instead you teleport him away and offer him a escape route instead...

Oh my God,you are the guy who posted Freesie.

I really like the concept, you did a great job with the skillset. As a support main,i would really like to play her.Hope a RIOTer sees this. I think her R seems fine.Maybe add if she hit an enemy champion with it,she can cast *Soothing step *?

Question about her E,so that can be casted on an allied champion and an enemy champion?
