(Item Idea) The Sword of Epic Badassery

I'm trying to come up with a new idea for an item.

Here's what I've got so far: a BF sword (1550) plus a brutalizer (1337). The total combined price should be somewhere in the 3400-3600 range.

Items stats? I'm thinking:

80 AD
+20 armor penetration
10% CDR
Unique Passive - EXPLOSIONS!!!: On hit your attacks do an additional 25 true damage. (graphically hits will show little explosions)
