Postion: Top lane, niche pick mid and jungle

Role (by Riot's definitions): Primary: Fighter, Secondary: Assassin

Role (by community's definitions): Hybrid damage assassin-carry

Visuals - Poppy's face should look like the face shown in her chinese artwork and Battle Regalia skin splash. Given that she will be re-released as a fighter/assassin rather than a tank, she should be less heavily armored than she is now, and her shield should be removed to give visual emphasis to her hammer. Her voiceover should remain more mature and womanly than the other yordles.

Skins - Battle Regalia Poppy, when updated, should closer match the splash art - removal of black parts of armor, gold trimming made more dull. Scarlet Hammer should remain her heavy armor skin, and it should be the only one to keep the shield. Her other skins don't need anything besides the visuals upgraded. It is a must that Lolipoppy keep her current splash art.

Gameplay - Poppy should be a high-scaling lategame force. She should retain her weak early game. She should build mostly damage.

Things that be removed: Passive (OP, and no counterplay), W (boring), R (in its current form)

Things that don't need to go but don't need to stay either: Q

Things that need to stay: E (really fun when used correctly, allows for great counterplay), R (in theory)

When I have R in both "needs to go" and "needs to stay," I mean that R as it currently is is broken, and is the entire reason Poppy needs a rework in the first place. But, the idea of the "forced 1v1" is what the ultimate should be.

I have no idea what you should do for the rest of her kit, but I'll just throw out my suggestion for her R:

R - Diplomatic Immunity - Poppy targets an enemy champion - for 6/7/8 seconds, she and her target cannot damage any target but each other. Poppy deals 20/30/40% percent increased damage to the target for the duration. If Poppy kills her target, the duration of Diplomatic Immunity increased by 3 seconds.

With this, she no longer can ult raka then kill everyone else - it is a forced 1v1. To compensate for that, she now gets three seconds to get the hell out after she kills her target.

I realize that I should probably have posted this in something like "live balance." It doesn't really belong in "fan creations," given that I havent created anything.

that seem like a good way for her to keep her ult with out just straight up removing it
