I don't think Riot could get away with parodying Pokemon to such a degree. If they could, they'd have made Pikachu Kennen by now.

The caption beneath Skarner is saying "Ska-Ska-Skarner~"

The caption above the pokeball is saying "Pong!" or "Pung!" It's just an onomatopoeia. A sound effect like zap or boom.

Kalista is saying "Go, Skarner!" I'm not sure what the second part of what she's saying because I don't know what that last word is. Something like "You're the only one left" I think?

Not entirely sure what Ezreal is saying either, but I think it's something along the lines of "Don't do it! It's too dangerous!"

Given my useless knowledge of Pokemon, I'm going to go out on a limb and say "You're the only one left" is "I choose you!"

Ezreal + Zyra=Team Rocket. Also, Kalista is saying something like "Go, Skarner! I only trust you!" Ezreal is saying "Don't go, it's stupid to! That enemy is too dangerous!"
