The caption above the pokeball is saying "Pong!" or "Pung!" It's just an onomatopoeia. A sound effect like zap or boom.
Kalista is saying "Go, Skarner!" I'm not sure what the second part of what she's saying because I don't know what that last word is. Something like "You're the only one left" I think?
Not entirely sure what Ezreal is saying either, but I think it's something along the lines of "Don't do it! It's too dangerous!"
