Spooking around Summoners Rift/Twisted Treeline

Its the Harrowing, time to spook and all

Made me wonder why we cannot Spook around Summoners Rift when we die?

Being a Spooky ghost would grant you the ability /Dance with your enemies in spook form and it would give you something else to do while your waiting to be resurrected once again

Off course being a Spook wouldn't grant any bonuses like vision control because all the living are invisible to you including the monsters

only spook can see spook and the living are too spooky for a spook to see and all

off course to make it extra spooky the living CAN see a spooky ghost but they would be untargetable and very vague like to give a sense of spook effect

Also have my mister Spooky suggestion who only ghosts can see mehehe
