Correct. However, today's interpretation of "baker" is actually due to recent technological advancements that have allowed food producers to diversify their offerings. Although traditional bakers and pastry chefs both required ovens, the cost of proper equipment and the state of refrigeration and climate control technologies, among other economic factors, made it challenging for an independent baker to make both bread and cake under the same roof not too long ago. Of course thanks to improved technology, increased population sizes raising demand for bread, and more people with disposable income for sweets, among other factors, most modern day bakeries sell both breads and cakes. However, League takes place on a fantasy world, where some nations fight with swords and axes while others have access to robotic auto turrets that fire energy beams, you can't really say for sure if that world has experienced the industrial revolution yet. But, we can say for sure that Pantheon is part of a warrior tribe society living in the mountains, and have not only very limited access to technology, but likely have no desire for sweets (which are luxury goods and promote self-indulgence, qualities that are frowned upon in warrior societies) while likely placing great value on bread, because it's cost effective and easy to make and provides long-term energy, which makes it excellent for feeding large armies and keeping them energized in combat. Clearly it is implied that if Pantheon were to be a baker he would be one under the old definition of that profession i.e. he would be baking bread not cake.

Those types of skirts aren't as revealing as you think. Unless those reasons are so apparent, even under those skirts.
