Modifications to Relic Shield
So, I was thinking that

Cleansing: Heals on allies from "Cleansing Brace" remove crowd control effects, and reduce incoming crowd control effects by 50% for 3 seconds C- "Heavy Buckler": Spoils of War . Protected : Heals on allies from "Heavy Buckler" grant the ally a shield that absorbs 50 damage for 5 seconds D- "Swift Defender": Spoils of War . Fleeting : Heals on allies from "Swift Defender" grants 15% movement and attack speed for 5 seconds
