Using the Last Man Standing (Rift Rivals) Format

So, I think a lot of people were pretty hyped for the Last Man Standing format of Rift Rivals, and while I understand that the vanilla Worlds format is better for competitive integrity, I want to see this format exist.

What I would suggest would be to use the same (now defunct) Last Man Standing format for a short post-season tourney. However, instead of seeing the top 3 teams from LCS play, I'd like to see the three teams composed of the voted 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd All-LCS players. This would give us matches with all of the best players from each region without having to worry about how the teams are doing individually at the time. It would also keep the national pride aspect of the games.

For context, last year's All-LCS voting results are here. This would have made the teams as such had this event taken place last year:

NA LCS Team 1 - Hauntzer, Reignover, Bjergsen, Doublelift, Biofrost Team 2 - Huni, Svenskeren, Pobelter, Sneaky, Aphromoo Team 3 - Impact, Dardoch, Jensen, WildTurtle, Adrian

EU LCS Team 1 - Wunder, Trick, Night, Zven, Mithy Team 2 - Vizicsacsi, Trashy, Perkz, Kobbe, Mikyx Team 3 - SmittyJ, Jankos, Sencux, Rekkles, Vander

I know doing an event like this may cause some scheduling issues with All-Stars, but perhaps we could integrate it somehow--maybe having these games take place the week before the two top LCS teams head to the All-Star event? We could even drop the single round-robin stage and just do a best of 3 Last Man Standing phase if we had to, though I really like the idea of the single round robin heading into a Bo1 Last Man Standing.
