Endless Update Loop

My client states that it has been rolled back to an older version and that it will re-attempt to install a new update after it automatically restarts. It then gets caught in an endless loop of forcing a client restart and failing to find an update, so I can't launch the game even though it's on the current patch already.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which let me play for a couple days until 7.8 came out--where it started throwing me in the same loop all over again.
