God damn Monte stop shitting all over C9

Well no doubt he favours Korean teams and obviously doesn't like NA but to be fair he was right with his predictions of SKT winning in S3 and Samsung White in S4.

On an unrelated note, what the hell happened with LGD? Does anyone know why they performed so poorly?

apparently the pressure of being favourites had been too much for them - and the loss in their first game vs OG just put them on tilt (in the game vs OG they played a little nervous, but fairly well...the two games afterwards they just did fall apart more and more).

In all fairness, he was kinda right when he said that they only had 1 strategy. They probably haven't shown any other strats because they haven't had to,

this does not make him right. Hell techically they have showed 2 strats vieg and azir. They are similar but they have different goals. No one is going to call vieg a push champ. We all know that C9 bot lane champ pool is pretty deep. Some strats are just straight banned and the fact monte wants C9 to show more at this point is a joke; show all so people can get you in Bo5.

So monte is not right he is boardline blind at this point. The fact he holding out on EDG and SKT when they are is the weakest group for finals is a mistake. I think all the 3rd seeds have shown that at this point strong opposition is allowing for growth.

I love SKT but i am afraid that they and EDG are going to get reality checked in Bo5. When this happens monte is going to go into shock.

Their old coach left because he didn't get payed enough as much as he wanted too so they fired him. This is the coach that got royal club to the worlds finals 2 times in a row and how their are rumors that the new coach is the coach that was part of samsung ozone back than the samsung teams weren't considered that strong and didn't even make it out of groups if I recall back in s3 not 100% sure on that.

It works well, but they might have trouble against some of the eastern teams that like to make bigger plays in the early game.

if they can hide some things for the quarters thats overall just better for them. Also dont forget, their first game they had veigar and not azir, and they had a more teamfight comp with a lot of damage and CC.

LGD is playing poorly because of conflict in the team and the coach leaving a bit before world. Their draft and team synergy have shown exactly this. IMP is still a really good player, but 1 good ADC cant do everything. At this point they are basically out too with their 0-3 score.

Monte is a dick rider. Easy to predict the favored teams to win. His blatant disrespect for NA teams is garbage. How can you call ANY team playing at worlds a 'bad team'? Notice they pull him from the analyst desk every time he is wrong? Put that dbag back on there so we can watch him stuff his foot down his gullet!

they didn't pull him after the KT game where they lost to origen. Js.

Since the tie breaker against Team 8, C9 has gone 10-5 (including Worlds). If you exclude the 2 "WTF are you doing with Amumu?" games, they are 10-3.

That isn't a team to be taken lightly. Especially not when they had the fortitude mentally to make two reverse sweeps. Looking at C9 as they have been, not as they were for most of a split several months ago would give people a much more accurate idea of what to anticipate from them as a team.
