Expecting them to win because seraph isn't playing against them. Lissandra

I think the Cull is an interesting pick-up good for lane swap scenarios where you aren't trading with an opponent. The Seal seems a little bit bold, but NRG does place some importance on GBM to carry. So if he stays safe maybe it is good?

Cull is better than Dorans. If you're good, that 80 hp doesn't matter.

No, 95% of the time isn't The Cull's problem is that the concept is good, but the threeesold to reach as much as farming go is too high against a competent enemy With everything going well for Altec farming purpose, like playing against an overmatched enemy team, and overmatching enemy ADC, and TiP accepting the lane swap done by NRG to allow Altec to farm with even less trouble, and Altec himself farming really well, he finished the item at about 12 min threesold, which is super fast and around the max time limit before Cull is outscaled by Doran, mainly because as the game goes on, the most lifesteal outscale the healing on-hit and the less those 350 gold represent a key difference, especially because without Doran stats you are forced to play more defensively and lose some creep too, so it is not a true 350 gold difference, but considerably lower (this if you are really good, eh)

Most of the time you don't have those favourbale conditions, it made no sense for TiP to accept the lane swap and not heavily focusing Altec with ganks just to make him retreat and dealy completing Cull stacking

My apologizes. My assessment on Cull is based off solo q alone.

in SoloQ it´s a lot worse than in competitive as you´ll never get the laneswap and you´ll get heavily outpressurd in the 2v2 with cull vs dorans early on.

Actually, I've had mixed success with Cull even as AP Swain mid.

Cull is great on kog'maw after that rework, his atk speed boost procs cull a lot, making him heal quite a bit.
