Will the Challenger qualifiers be broadcast? (Misfits fan)

I've become a big fan of Misfits, and I definitely want to see their games in the Challenger summer qualifiers that start this week. Glancing back at the VODs page for the spring qualifiers, it says that the later games weren't broadcast.

Will the summer Challenger qualifier matches be broadcast live? Will they be released as VODs after?

The Challenger Qualifiers won't be broadcasted live but we'll have VODs on Lolesports. We're trying to upload them as quickly as possible after the match happens so you can catch those Misfits games.

why wont they be broadcasted? is it against the rules or something?
