What time do NA LCS games start, EST?

The lol esports site lists "everything in your time zone," but I recently moved across the country and am now on EST time. I keep trying to change the time options on my computer and my browser, but it's still often mistaken about what time zone I live in.

So what time does the Gravity vs Impulse game today start? Any time zone is fine as long as it's specified.
