[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q reset bug loses us the game

Riot, I reported this bug weeks ago and received NO response. Now it's happened to me again, and it ensured that we lost the game.

Sion Q charge resets instead of activating and smashing the enemy.

It meant I couldn't peel their tanks for a significant portion of the game-ending teamfight.

Please at least reassure me that you're aware of this bug and are working on it, because losing a ranked promo game because it happened a second time is very frustrating.
