In North America, I have been a CLG fan since I started playing in season 3. Doublelift has been an inspiration for me in regards to pursuing my own dreams no matter how hard it gets (so I ended up being on my own at 16, still in school all honors so that I can get into the military, which my family didn't approve of).

On the other side, I watch worlds every year and the pro-scene on all servers, including Korea, so my favorite team going into worlds is SKT T1. Faker himself is this humble shy nice person who I believe is one of the few celebrities that didn't let being famous go to his head. He has value and morals, weird, huh? And also, he is a god. Can't forget that.

All this time, my two favorite teams who I absolutely enjoyed watching never conflicted. I never saw a chance in which they would clash.

Then I saw the schedule of worlds. The second place team of Group A will fight the first place team of Group C. According to my predictions, that means that CLG and SKT are going to fight (we all have our own, ik ik). So unless CLG beats Koo or EDG beats SKT (which I would be completely be upset about), then this is bound to happen (assuming both pass group stages).

CLG! CLG! CLG! Wait, SKT! SK..! CLG? SKT? CSLKGT!

Actually, the 1st place team from Group C and 2nd from Group A don't have to face each other. That's just a template for a randomized draw. So they only have a 1/3ish chance for that to happen if the groups end up like you think.

Well actually they don't know who is going to play who in terms of first and second seeds, what you saw was an example of how it could go. they will determine who plays who after everyone has finished the group stage so that way teams won't attempt to play worse to get a potential "easier" opponent.

Personally, I've never been a huge doublelift fan because he consistently talks down on other players. Just me tho

The only possibility of 100% CLG vs SKT quaterfinals is if TSM and C9 wins their respective groups. (and as per your prediction CLG places second and SKT places first)
