Riot Needs to Make Dedicated Weekly "L2P Pro" Videos Outside of LCS/PTL Action

Watching LCS matches or Prime Time League replays can learn a player much however... things go by way to fast in these matches and therefore it is impossible to learn all of the nuances behind key plays or combos. Otherwise you just have to watch LCS action and hope that you will learn something that you can use in gameplay. It would be nice to have an 1 hour show/week that sums up such action and TEACHES HOW TO PLAY the action in real situations.

Whether it be things such as which key was pressed when and where; or considerations to other players or the like, having a dedicated study session on certain champions/item sets, key patch changes, or otherwise will actually MAKE unskilled players who pay attention more skilled.

If I remember correctly... RIOT used to do this but stopped for some reason. Perhaps they just need to focus on making such a show watchable (proper hosting/guests) and logical in nature and everything will go fine.
