It was a close game if H2K had outplayed SK. At one point I thought H2K was going to turn it around completely but they kept making positioning and timing mistakes.

Vayne got too fed GG. Her self peel on 'E' is so good.

Honestly i could never see H2K winning that game the later it goes. They should have forced the 2v2 lane, destroy Vayne and go from there. If you pick Hecarim, Kalista and Lulu, who are you going to kill late game?

This is true. I was surprised how they didn't prioritize shutting down Vayne to prevent him from farming and in general keeping him out of team fights.
