Suggestion: Individual Professional Player Skin

The thought came to me last night when I had a discussion with a friend about how some players did really good on champions to the point where people refer to that as <Insert Pro Player's Name Here>'s champ.

I think Riot should put a vote up for All-Stars. Riot picks 10 players and their iconic champions, and the top 3 votes actually get a skin. The team skins can be re-branded as World Champion skins, while these skins can be something like "ROX PraY's Ashe", or "C9 Sneaky's Jhin". I think it'd be really cool to have some individual professional player skins so that a few years down the line we can at least see "C9 Sneaky's Jhin" and remember how Sneaky was one of the first professional players to bring Jhin out on the big stage.
