Worlds participant and champion borders.

It's not my idea, but I'm expanding on a thought someone brought up in a thread about SKT ending in diamond due to being at Worlds and how they should get a "World Champion" border instead of diamond.

I think that is a great idea which should be implemented along with a "Worlds Attendee" border for any player that attends Worlds as a player. It'd be a cool way to say "Sorry for the loss of rank due to being in a foreign country.".

Any thoughts?
