Funnel strats, double funnel strats, and funnel strats defeated simply by exceptional laning?

Support and toplane on the regular?

I don't care what the Gameplay boards say, this is worth preserving. Spring was great to watch for mechanics but meta was the most boring, locked-down, same-20-champions-all-split meta I'd ever seen as a fan of the pros.

The Summer of Clown Fiesta may be many things, but it is at least making League fun to watch as a sport again.
