Kai'Sa has been close to the best adc for like 2 seasons and she needs hard nerfs.
Like it's not a case of o she is in every game in soloQ because people main her like yas it's a case of she is WAY to strong and her pro play presence shows that.
I believe Kaisa needs the kalista treatment. >_> beign strong for two seasons, then simply thrown in the gutter :D find out who the real kaisa mains are.

Welcome to High Elo Botlane meta, where anything other than Xayah or Kai'sa is hard trolling.
Varus, Ezreal, Draven...we've also seen Corki and Trust taken mid, we've seen mages and fighters taken bot lane too.
The problems with Xayah and KaiSa are that if they are nerfed enough they aren't top priority in pro play, they will be VERY weak and almost vanish from solo Q.
Xayah has very safe harass and punishment thanks to her feather mechanics. KaiSa has crazy rundown and engage potential (and extremely safe to play in 5v5 because you can wait far back for the openings) because of her kits tools. They would require altered kits, not just numbers adjustments. This is the huge problem of LoL's roster and it having been Riots only game and 99% source of income for a decade. New champs and reworks getting more complicated, overloaded, and impossible to balance fairly.
Thats the problem. you cant ban everything. Akali, Renekton, Ryze, Kayle, Pantheon, Qiyana, Gangplank and so on... so some "op" Champs are still open. i would love to see some Ashe, Cait, Jinx or Jhin...
but thats worlds. you have some other priority bans :(
Who knew, the strongest and most potent scaling and valuable teamfighting class of champions with self peels to mitigate their one supposed weakness turns out to be a problem.
Which is why ADC's should have remained like Jhin/Jinx/Kog'maw in design.
Ashe is similarly immobile but they buffed up her damage so much that she can still kill you in the time of a point blank ult stun while kiting out.
They've also exacerbated the power of ADC's by giving supports stronger and stronger ways of peeling them and keeping them alive, so virtually all of the outcomes you see in worlds and in soloQ in general are about getting the bot lane ahead.
Riot is in a pickle to feed the masses of female (E-Girls) of/for female skins. Have you noticed everything is female based for the past year!? Cinematics have lately just been the 'Power of Females' Ever since Rito got into trouble with the farting in faces and such it's been so.

Riot doesn't nerf damage! LOL If anything they'll just "nerf" them by buffing them in some way. -7 AD at levels 1-2 but +90 at level 5 will most likely be done by Rito.
But they were not ban-worthy enough since pros actually played them.
Nerfing the strong ones instead of buffing the weaker one is what lead to this in the first place

Remove the ability for teammates to stack kai passive or increase evolve costs to 150. Should fix problems easily. Makes her more like Vayne where she actually has to wait to be good.

Aatrox, Varus, Kench, Kalista and Akali were all guttered because of proplay presence, and yet xayah and Kai'sa appear more often and they've never been touched. Why is that ?

It's really just feminism at it's finest. If you take a look at the Pax West event where certain Riot Game Employees believed that Men should be playing league and not Women, really describes this company in a nutshell. They are targeting female champions because they think more men are entitled to play this game then women ever would. It's really sad and terrible but that's just how they are operating these days.
They're statistically the best in their role for their sheer combined survivability and damage; something 90% of other marksmen lack. Basically they need to make everyone else safe enough to be worth playing. Even some more max hp at this point would go a long way for all the underplayed marksmen, so long as their dps isn't also completely insane.
kai'sa will recieve a major nerf to her q next patch so hopefully that will make things better, I wish they would do more to nerf

It might be better to nerf the strong instead of buff the weak, so that those who haven't gotten many changes (nerfs or buffs) can be seen more often and still work.

The main problem with Kai'Sa is that she never sucks. She is the best or close to being the best ADC in the game at all stages of the game, even during champ select because she can also go AP and balance out a full AD team. Usually Riot makes sure that ADCs have a weakness, Kai'Sa has none, that's why she's getting picked in every single pro game. I think during preseason Riot should lower her attack range to 500 and see how that plays out, maybe that'll be enough to balance her out.
