Is fnatic just losing in team select?
Watching EU LCS and Fnatic don't seem to understand team comps, they just picking high priority picks while UOL is crushing it with great team synergy.

seems like febiven and rekkles stuck with 3 shitty players tbh. kikis sucks spirit is awful. and yellow star is almost like hes trolling most of the time
Yeah once Kikis left UOL he fell off and hasn't been the same since but he wasn't ever a Tier A player to begin with either.
Spirit I remember him on SSB a few years ago and while he is good he just hasn't been incredible either.
Yellowstar tbh I never found him to be good(LCS STANDARD) I understand that I'm S4 and he is in LCS but watching him play just meh. He was the shotcaller for Fnatic when Reignover and Huni was on the team and I just don't see it I'm sorry but even if he was calling out plays I don't think anyone was listening, I think the only play that Fnatic did that Yellowstar called up was the (Old 2013-2016 Fnatic bush) but that was it.
For me, the biggest problem with Fnatic is that they sorta have a massive "identity crisis". Ever since their inception, they've always been known for doing something really good and have focused on maintaining that. Now that Huni/Reignover have left and Yellowstar was gone for the spring, they've kinda become one of those teams who you can't exactly say is good or bad at one particular thing (a bit like KT). Combined with the roster changes they made which shattered a bit of their momentum, and I'm not too surprised that UOL beat them (even though they'll probably lose 3-1 to splyce).
Oh, and you're slightly off on Kikis, bakuryu. He isn't so much bad, as "one dimensional" (sorta like the anti-Darshan). Put him on a pure tank and he's easily better than 80% of the western top laners. If the meta isn't suited to that specifically though (which it isn't right now, with gnar being heavily popular and pseudo-tanks or late-game carries like ekko/gp/irelia being common), then he becomes deadweight. I still don't exactly like what Fnatic is doing with him (as they have Werlyb on their roster in what is arguably the best possible meta for him, and could easily play around both of them depending on the meta), but I'd definitely put him in the b tier at least.
yea the lost at team select as in the team selecting the roster of players that they have. oh you mean champ select. yea that too.
