I received a email from riot about that I was effect, but am confused because I never sent a email out when ya'll the made the post to if you were effected by not being able to purchase with a code but I never received a code after being emailed I was going to receive one, I wanted to make sure this wasn't a fake email or to see if it was.

NA LCS Events was provided by Ticketmaster a list of codes and emails of Verified Fans who were issued codes but not able to redeem them; we used that list to reach out to everyone registered and granted codes who could have been affected.

At this point all emails have been sent out to registered Verified Fans who were unable to redeem their codes. Please check your email spam folder just to be sure! If you have further issues please write [email protected]. I can confirm that you have a code and should be receiving the email.
