How do you get that much health, and what is even that much health, I tired to read it and got -2147433648. Also is that a problem with the highlight or did the game-play cause that? Help me here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiMvovRtaBg Here you go. You get HP items and spam Gargoyle stoneplate which doubles your health. As you have no cooldowns, the buff keeps refreshing and each button press doubles your HP.
