Even Though SSG 3-0'd C9

I still think C9 deserves some praise on how far they came as a team. Reapered was able to prove that C9 without Hai can succeed. Impact was able to find his old SKT self again for a short while, Meteos, while not the best jungler, seemed to grow as person, Jensen was able to show his potential as a mid laner, Sneaky was able to show that he can still be a great ADC, and Smoothie, from autorelegation to Worlds quarterfinals is no small feat. I hope this team stays together for next season cause I can only see them getting better under Reapered's coaching.

I'm of two minds on this, honestly.

Yeah, given they were basically still in rebuilding mode this split and were still able to make it to Worlds at all without Hai was nice... but I worry Sneaky and Meteos are starting to show their (relative for pro-LoL play) age and I'd rather they retire before they end up shells of their former selves like Dyrus was near the end.

So maybe give them one more split to see how much they have left in the tank but put some serious thought into grooming their replacements.

I agree, I think they can get a lot out of this team with a little more continuity and they should at least see how it goes next spring split. Plus as far as I'm aware they have suitable replacements for jungle and adc that were on the C9C team last split, if they have to make a change.

Delusional C9 fanboi Bot lane 1-27 in the SSG series and you think "Sneaky was able to show that he can still be a great ADC, and Smoothie, from autorelegation to Worlds quarterfinals is no small feat"

Ok fine. C9 you did better than all the other garbage teams. You are the best of NA, the winners of the special olympics, the kid who sits up front on the short bus. Good job.

Happy?
