So I was watching the stream and Forgiven's name in the sidebar is set as H2K FORG1VENGRE. Am I just being stupid and the is the gre supposed to be there or is it an error?

That was his original name, so I could see someone accidentally adding in that ending part.

It is Forg1vengre, they just don't always show their full names in pro play. I don't know if they have to shorten it because it's too long, or if it's just personal choice.

He had the GRE on the end to represent GRE(ECE), which is his home country. Most people just call him "Forgiven", so I am sure the GRE, capitalization, and the 1 get dropped here and there. I'm sure the future of pro monikers will lose those weird pieces to make it easier on casters and fans. Who knows?

I think their names are edited in Pro play because its an inhouse server.

And for clarity I guess.
