So where can you view the top solo queue player list?

I was reading about the NALCS drafts coming up and how it works, them taking the top 20 4 deep in each game position to try out and 10 to be drafted by the 10 teams?

How do they know/see who is in top on solo queues, I've never viewed anything but in a friend profile, is there a spot where you see this?

Nah. Not available.

Some streamers/reddit people compiled a list. So you can go there to look for it. But it isn't like a Riot released list. You can go to Profile -> Ranked and change the setting to Challenger and see the current rank order, but it isn't the one they are using.
