Worlds: Why aren't teams using ward skins?
I can see wanting to have everyone on your team having the same ward skin, since it denies the tiny bit of information about who's wards are down to the enemy team.
What I can't understand is why you wouldn't use any ward skin. 
can show the difference between the vanilla 
wards, wouldn't you want to hide that information from the enemy by using a ward skin?
