Froskurin, by far. Most knowledgeable Caster out there, still easy to listen to as she´s not a dick about it, unlike monte....also she really seems to enjoy the games and can appreciate silly plays.

Across both NA and EU it's hard to tell since all the EU casters are pretty good. I'd probably choose Deficio (spelling?) but out of NA I'd choose Kobe. Can't decide on the best
Side note: I hate Monte
When Doa and Monte start talking about some teoretical aspects of the league like - how can piltover customs blitz go through the river and still function properly - things like that are just priceless :D

Riv, Kobe, and Phreak are my favorites. A tri-cast with those 3 are always fun.

Phreak because he makes any LCS game funny. And typically makes the most hilarious jokes when someone makes a big screw up.

Riv for sure. Phreak is funny, but Riv just gets the hype going in a match and is generally a better caster when it comes to what's actually going on in-game. Phreak has the best banter though.
TrinityPhreak will always be the best. Though Zirene is catching up with how Phreak hasn't looked like Sheldon Cooper in quite some time.
Deman was a big fave of mine. Him and Joe were a good pairing. I remember this game at s2 worlds where the are far was chasing kogmaw forever and Deman just goes "kill him goddamnit"
How does Kobe not even make your list? IMO he and Phreak are head and shoulders above the others....who, don't get me wrong, I also like.
Although I have to admit Riv wears a particular phrase out and I cringe every time he says "x team is getting everything they want." Still love the guy though. I'm sure it's not easy finding new ways to describe a team pushing advantages.
Also, I really miss Deman and Joe Miller. Both top tier talents.
And I know Dash isn't a caster, but he is damn good at jockying the analyst desk. He was a great acquisition. Lots of charm and quick on his feet.
I may be one of the only people in the League community that genuinely enjoys Monte.
