_Incarnation is completely overrated. He was supposed to be some mechanical player who is a god on assassins and his most memorable performance on an assassin was the Zed game he doesn't even ult. He wouldn't be favored to win any mid lane match up against anyone relevant even in NA. There is not a single top tier team in the west who's goal is to make it to worlds that wants him on their roster. _
_Once C9 gets a real midlaner who can be self sufficient, and not a burden unless given heavy resources by the team, they will not be better then they were in the past _
