@Riot, am I going to be able to get Team/Fan passes for other regions?

Brief Context: I started playing LoL on NA back when Australia didn't have its own server. I followed NA at Season 2 Worlds, and then followed TSM and Curse in the very first season of LCS and have been following them ever since.

I would love to be able to follow TL and TSM from my own region. Is that something I will be able to do, or will the fan/team passes be region-locked? I watched most of the LCS Spring Split, watched every episode of The Dive and most of Hotline League. I am a big NA fanboy and it would really suck to not be able to show my support in a meaningful way.
