They use Blank very often, both in Korea and in Worlds so far. Still, Bengi wasn't really doing bad enough to be subbed out yet. Maybe it was to bring out the Zac, I dunno.
It is likely that a difference in champion pool or playstyle means that their sub would be better suited for that particular game, strategy or team composition.
