whats the difference between the c9 and tsm game
doublelift is using sivir and sneaky is using lucian... same 17 or so champs in lcs games...

Haha I've noticed that too. Gragas and Rek'Sai seem like the only jungle champs ever used. :p
It's because at the top of the food chain. When the players are playing to a champions limits.
These 17 or so champions are the best. You have to assume the enemy is going to play the best. and the way to counter them or match their strength is also by playing the best. If you choose to play a sub-optimal champion just so it isn't the same 17 or so champions you can't be surprised when you lose.

It's just the nature of the LCS. Some champs are better fit for what they are trying to do. Rek is FAR from being too strong, but is a good fit for LCS junglers (especially when the Op ones are banned). Likewise, you could buff Yi a lot and he still would get little to no play, because coordinated teams are good at shutting the champion down.
And then some champs are just OP. But still, that doesn't mean all of them are.
