Ashe vision game breaking bug

when Ashe used her hawkshot and I or my adc was in area, they had perma vision on us rest of the game. we had the vision eyes above our head the whole game. it worked sometimes on our jungler but wasn't permanent there was time when later in the game where we were setting up cheeses and they had no wards and they would come up, clear the ward i placed and walked back, they would use their abilities in which due to sweeper we knew they had to vision on us and they would team team fights and won the game because they knew were we were at all times. we couldnt sneak barons or dragons or anything.
