Taliyah hits a 53% win rate at 5-15 games... And Sol's win rates were just crazy. Not saying Azir doesn't need nerfs, but Taliyah and Sol did too.

The funnier thing is they're nerfing Azir's early which is reasonable, because it's too oppressive. However, they're not giving any compensation buffs at all, which is silly stupid considering he's one of the worst mids.
