was watching him he never missed his skill shots they had an afk but he could 1 shot everyone since he got so fed he was the j4 from last game Riot plz ban him plz

If yes, move on.
U dont use scripts to hit skillshots. U use them to dodge. Scripts cant predict enemy movement. Its impossible. AI isnt advanced to the point where it can read mind. Especially over internet.
Tell Riot, not us. What are we supposed to do about it?

For starters, I'd like to advise you that referring to summoners by name is against the Board Guidelines of "Naming and Shaming" and keeping names within your post my result in removal of your thread and a warning/punishment.
Please use the post-game report feature to report players who use 3rd party applications that provide unfair advantages in-game. This way, there is more information the anticheat system can use to effectively and efficiently deal with these players.
