How can LCS be championship if it doesn't include all modes and maps
How can you call someone a champion if they only master ONE mode/map? That is a specialist, not a champion. The LCS ought to include all modes, all maps. At least one game from all modes should be included ... even a bots for that matter (though of course there would have to be some way to actually score it ... it isn't like it isn't going to be a win). Crystal scar, Twisted Treeline, the Rift, Howling Abyss ... they all have different tactics and strategy. Can a person be a "champion" without learning and mastering all of them? Sure, you can be a "champion" at freestyle, but there are few swimmers that just swim one stroke. Mark Spitz and Michael Phelps are champions because they hold the top spot in more events than anyone else in swimming. In Mr. Phelps case, more than any other in any person ... 18 gold medals in 3 Olympiads. Mr. Spitz won 7 gold medals in a single Olympiad. Okay, have separate "gold" medals, but at least put in the events for the other modes. The Olympics is not just a single event, how can the world championship series be so limited?
