If you could control the seeding and format for worlds, how would you do it?

Basically what it says on the tin. Riot asks you how to do the format for next year's worlds, how do you set it up?

Teams that get seeds: 2 NA 2 EU 2 KR 2 CN 2 LMS 1 BR 1 Winner of MSI 4 Wild Card

The Winner of MSI gets an automatic berth for worlds, unless the team is relegated before worlds begins. The 4 Wild card spots are determined by a worlds qualifier tournament that takes the place of the IWC qualifier. The competing teams are #3 NA, EU, KR, CN, LMS, #2 BR, and #1 LA, TR, OCE, RU, SEA, JP (Assuming they get a pro scene together). They play a double round robin in two groups of 6. The top team in each group gets a seed to worlds, with the second and third seeds playing against their opposite seed in the other group in a Bo5 to fill the final slots. The reason that Brazil gets an automatic berth to worlds now is they've proven themselves to be the strongest Wildcard region.

Pools will be handled as follows: Pool 1 #1 NA/EU/KR/CN Pool 2 #1 LMS/BR, #2 NA/EU/KR/CN/LMS, MSI Winner Pool 3 Wild cards (In the event that the winner of MSI wins their region as well, the #1 regional spot will take priority)
