Doubling Down on C9 Dissapointment

I just wrote this giant rant, spent twenty minutes typing how angry and sad I am that C9 didn't even try.

I think I'll just sum up my entire rant in three sentences.

1: LCS is potentially rigged, definitely boring, and their "massaging" of Double Lift and his ego make for truly terrible broadcasts. 2: If C9 doesn't Top 4 worlds, they literally have no "Niche" to attract fans. Are they the team that wins? No. The team that is cool? No. The team that has star power? No. If they can't make an amazing showing at Worlds then they literally have no point existing. Give the LCS spot to some HUNGRY players wanting a title. 3: Double Lift has boasted, bragged, and glorified himself on camera, with the help of the LCS. A certified bully endorsed by Riot. They literally give him spot light to talk trash and put down other people. Hint: It's not fun watching some smarmy dakkhole massage himself on camera by putting other people down.

The LCS champion title doesn't belong to someone who doesn't deserve it. C9 doesn't deserve it because they simply weren't good enough. They can't just give the award for a team that didn't win.

We get it, you are a C9 fan and you are mad that they lost but giving an award for pity is pathetic and no player wants that.

Give the LCS spot to some HUNGRY players wanting a title.

Sure if they are good enough to win it. This is not a charity. I get it that americans these days think everyone is equal and everyone is special and everyone should get everything someone else does even if they don't actually deserve it. But guess what, everyone is not equal. That's just a fact that can't be escaped. The award is given to people who deserve it, not to the ones who want it.

I don't know what interview you watched but Doublelift had kind things to say about C9 in the interview after the game. He also refused to say they were going to smash at worlds saying he's said that before and it didn't happen so this time he's not going to do that and maybe it will. Actually doublelift didn't talk much trash. In fact, about the only BM was his little dance taunt in game 5 after he killed Sneaky. It was Nisqy talking the trash, and Jensen took out that trash. Speaking of Trash, The Tweet that will live in infamy.

Secondly, LCS isn't rigged. LQ is the better team. Teams can get close, but when it really matters, TL just plays better.

I rather double down on disappointment of opening performances than this glorified Doublelift hate boner as a result of a good ass 5 game series. Like jeez why not be optimistic?

Lol. I don't get why everyone hates doublelift. So he knows hes super good, so what? Let the guy say whatever he wants. He has results to prove it.

Also, C9's drafting is by far one of the worst in the LCS. I legit think they need to get rid of reapered.

TL is the better team, as theyve shown all season. LCS isn't rigged.
