EDG has been hot today, this will be interesting. This C9 vs EDG would be an interesting tiebreak. But let's hope for the best.

I mean, after that loss to AHQ, I think it isn't guaranteed. It is highly unlikely that they will NOT beat EDG, but SKT can still lose. We can only wait and see.

Edit: ... not sure how I forgot to put NOT in there, cause that is what I was trying to type. My fingers decided to make their own prediction I suppose.

C9 won more games and lost fewer than the other in their group. It's actually a very simple concept if you can think about more than what is directly in front of your face. The point of a round-robin style tournament is so everyone plays everyone and the ones with the most victories advance. It's about as fair, honest, and straight forward as a competition can get.

You don't seem to see what it actually was according to your statement.

The reason C9 depended on skt was because on the very last match IF skt lost to edg, edg goes to QF not c9... if skt won, c9 gets to play the tie breaker against edg for a chance.

The same scenerio happened last year where skt had to win their last match for C9 to get the chance at a tie breaker.

You trying to simplify it is a fool's errand. It was all up to if SKT wanted to win or not. not just simple c9 won more or lost more games.

Because NA fans are composed by a lot of TSM fanbois and rather than having fresh air in LCS with teams able to stand against the typical SKT they'd rather do voodoo to kill EU players.
