Doublelift Twitch Skin that I can use in Silver

Hi I want to have a Doublelift themed Twitch skin for League. The champ could have special quotes from Doublelifts Twitter (for instance the joke could be "We will Win." The Twitch would be known as "FLASHY TWITCH" and would be kinda like a combination of Draven type swagger and Dawnbreaker Riven cockyness.

Screw DLift, would be the cancer clown of the NA pros if not for Dardoch.

Riot will give you plenty of better reasons to pay them, like the new SKT skins after they win Worlds this year.
